Most hiring tools do one part of the job well. The useful question is which parts you still end up doing yourself once you have bought one.

FAQ

We have the answers

How it works, what it costs, and what your candidates see.

How is EmployLabs different from a sourcing tool or ATS?

A sourcing tool finds profiles and an ATS tracks applicants. EmployLabs runs the whole funnel: Meera ranks candidates with reasons, Zia engages them on six channels and books interviews, and Naira interviews them by voice and writes a report. You set presets, budget caps and a kill switch, and decide at the end.

Is EmployLabs a replacement for my ATS?

Not necessarily. It runs the funnel up to finalists. You can keep your ATS for offers and records.

When is an agency the better choice?

When you want a person to own relationships and negotiation end to end. Our guides say where the agency wins.

Do I still need a recruiter?

The two fix different halves of the problem. EmployLabs does the volume work so a recruiter can spend time on people.

Why does the matrix not name products?

Because tools change. We compare categories here and write named comparisons in the guides below.
