Marketing candidates bring a reel of team campaigns. EmployLabs finds the channel specialist you need, reaches them with your story, tests a plan spoken aloud and shortlists who ran it.

What marketing leaders tell us

Great decks, unclear credit.

Results belong to a team

Claimed growth numbers are hard to trace to the candidate’s own decisions.

Writing is rarely tested

Copy skills get assumed from a portfolio that others may have edited.

Growth and brand get mixed up

Performance, content and product marketing need different people, and titles hide that.

FAQ

We have the answers

How it works, what it costs, and what your candidates see.

How does EmployLabs help hire marketers?

EmployLabs gives you an AI recruiting team: Meera finds and ranks marketing and growth candidates and explains each score from their profile and public work. Zia reaches them on six channels and books interviews. Naira interviews by voice with case scenarios and documents, or grades a take-home as Done, Partial or Not done, then asks follow-up questions by voice.

How do you test copywriting?

The candidate improves real copy from your brief in the document editor during the call, explaining each change. Naira scores it on the same rubric for everyone.

Where does the copy brief come from?

From your role and the material you add, so candidates write for your product and audience. The same brief and rubric go to everyone.

What does the campaign case ask?

A scenario like a city launch or a falling conversion rate. Naira follows up on audience, channel mix, budget and measurement.

Will you assess SEO or paid specialists?

Yes. Name the tools and metrics in your brief, and the questions are built from it. Candidates explain how they would run and diagnose a channel, and Naira rates the reasoning.

Can it check claimed results?

It probes which decisions were the candidate’s own and notes where answers stay vague. It does not verify employer data.

How do you find and reach marketers?

Meera asks whether you need acquisition, brand or launches and ranks people on past roles and public work. Zia pitches your market and the budget they would own on six channels, and books the interview.
