FAQ

We have the answers

How it works, what it costs, and what your candidates see.

What controls do I have over automated hiring?

Each role runs on one of four presets: fully manual, sourcing only, through outreach or full pipeline. A dry run is the default and shows who would be contacted and what it would spend, without doing it. Budget caps stop spending at the limit, one switch stops everything, and every decision and override is audit-logged.

How do presets work?

Each role has one of four presets: fully manual, sourcing only, through outreach or full pipeline. The preset decides how far it runs on its own.

What is a dry run?

A preview of who would be contacted and what it would spend, without doing either. It is the default.

How does the budget cap work?

You set a budget per role. When spending reaches the cap, it stops.

When does it ask me?

Whenever a decision is yours. It asks instead of deciding, and your answer is audit-logged with every other decision and override.

Can I stop everything at once?

Yes. One switch stops all automation.

What is audit-logged?

Every decision and override, so you can see what ran, who changed what and when.

What about security?

Hiring data is never sold or shared. Only reviewers you authorise can access recordings. SSO and a data agreement come with Enterprise.
