A worker crashes after sending but before it records the send. What happens on the retry?
The retry would send twice, so I key every reminder by invoice and day. The worker checks the key first.
Where does that key live, and what about quiet hours?
In the same store as the job. The scheduler sets the send time from the customer's time zone.

How it works, what it costs, and what your candidates see.
What is Naira, the EmployLabs AI interviewer?
Naira runs a live voice interview from a browser link, any hour, with no app or account. It works for every role, industry and level, using the same plan and rubric for every candidate. Each interview ends in a report with a score out of 100, evidence from the transcript, an integrity score and an English level.
Which roles can Naira interview?
Any role, at any level. Naira builds the interview from your job description: engineering, sales, product, marketing, HR, finance, operations, customer success, legal, and healthcare or other regulated work.
What are M1–M4 and L1–L4?
L1 to L4 are seniority levels: junior, mid, senior, and staff, lead or principal. M1 to M4 are the module types: Artifact Audit, Scenario Triage, System Design and Improve Artifact. The level fixes the set: L1 gets M1, M2 and M4; L2 gets M1, M3 and M4; L3 gets M1 and M3; L4 gets M1, M2 and M3.
Does Naira run code?
No. Candidates read and edit code in an editor Naira can see; nothing is executed. Code only appears when the role is technical. Every other role works on documents.
What language is the interview in?
English. The report includes a CEFR estimate of the candidate's spoken English, with a level for vocabulary, grammar, fluency, organisation and listening.
How long is an interview?
Your plan sets the length. A live call is capped at 60 minutes, and each module at 30.
What happens if the call drops?
The same session resumes where it stopped, as long as the candidate rejoins within 24 hours.
How is cheating handled?
The session is proctored: hidden tabs, lost focus, leaving fullscreen, copy, paste, right-click and the camera going off are logged. The report shows an integrity score from 0 to 100. Below 40 the verdict goes to a person, and it never changes the interview score.
Does the candidate need an app or an account?
No. They join from a browser link, at any hour, within the 14-day window of their invitation.
What is the interview like for a candidate?
A live voice conversation with Naira, built from your role: real questions, follow-ups, and hands-on problems where the job needs them. Candidates join from a link in their browser — no app to install.
Do candidates see their results?
Yes. A few minutes after the interview, every candidate gets their own report, so they know right away whether they are a fit — no waiting for a call.
I was invited to an interview. Where do I go?
Open the link in your invitation email. You don't need an account — "Go to platform" on this site is for hiring teams only.
Is every candidate assessed the same way?
Yes. Everyone for a role gets the same plan and the same scoring rubric, and every score links back to what the candidate actually said.
What uses credits?
Uploading a job description, searching and shortlisting are free. Credits are used when a candidate is contacted (25), when they reply (30), and for each interview (100).
Is there a fee when I hire?
Not on Individual or Team — there is no hire fee. If you'd rather pay per hire, our outcome-based plan is priced against placements; talk to us.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. Your hiring data stays yours.
Who can listen to interview recordings?
Only the reviewers you authorise in your workspace.
