What is in a Naira interview report?

The Naira report card shows an overall score out of 100, one alignment level, an integrity score and an English (CEFR) level. Tabs cover recommendation, communication, behavioral, skills and evidence. Each module has strengths, weaknesses and transcript quotes, and the transcript plays audio from any turn, with a proctoring log.

How accurate is the report?

Treat it as evidence to read, not a verdict. Each score links to what earned it, so you can check the reasoning yourself.

Can I share it?

Yes. Hiring managers can read a finalist’s report by link. Share links need no login and expire after 14 days, or sooner if you revoke them.

What is the integrity score?

A summary of proctoring signals such as tab switches, hidden tabs, copy-paste and leaving full screen. It flags what to look at; you decide.

Is the same rubric used for every candidate?

Yes. Everyone for a role gets the same plan and the same rubric.

Can candidates see their report?

Yes. Candidates get their own report a few minutes after finishing the interview, so they know right away whether they are a fit, with no waiting for a call.
