EmployLabs uses the providers below (sub-processors) to run the service: to host it, store files, send email, run AI models, handle voice, calls and messages, supply professional data and take payments.
We bind each sub-processor to protect the data it handles. We update this page, and the date at the top, when the list changes. Customers who want to be told about changes can ask at saurabh@weemploy.world.

Two services run on our own servers rather than with an outside provider: LiveKit, which runs our voice rooms, and GlitchTip, which tracks errors in our software. Our servers are with Hetzner in Germany (EU).
